If I could give zero stars. I would.
Very disappointing experience at this post office. Staff claimed they “couldn’t” provide certain services, even though I successfully used the exact same service over the weekend. I’m not sure whether it’s laziness or incompetence, but the attitude was rude and unhelpful throughout. Definitely would not recommend.

Be on your guard! They push you into the most expensive postal service without properly explaining other cheaper options eg I only needed signed for delivery but they only gave me one option - the much more expensive special delivery. Acted in a very underhand and untrustworthy way and I left there thinking I will never return.

Worst Post Office in London!
I went in this morning to post a letter. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and tried to pressure and trick me into paying £9 to post a single letter. He printed the stamp before I paid for anything and then when I told him I wouldn’t pay that, he complained he would have to spend half an hour on the phone to cancel the order on his end and told me to go to another post office.
A post office is meant to be a service to the people. This one is a scam and not to be trusted. Never again.
